Windows XP Dual OS removal

OK, so I just recently formatted C:\ and it seems that there's this "Windows O." file on it. Normally, this might not concern me, but the thing is 850MB. And also, there seem to have been two OS's installed, both the same, but one requires the Windows XP CD to be inserted as if it wants to re-install windows, but I just did!!!

What do I do to remove this half installed OS and the "Windows O." file?
