Windows XP download (KB 967715 ) Keeps Reapearing to Download

The microsoft download ( KB 967715 ) keeps reapearing for me to download and
I've already downloded it 8 times. How do you stop this download from coming
back??
It has something to do with AutoRun Features that aren't correctly disabled.
Can I get some help.... please.....

Select custom installation, remove the mark from the update, click close,
add a mark so the update is not mentioned again and OK.

Many many thanks. I too have downloaded the Autorun 6 times to no avail,
hopefully I won't get another 'reminder'

I found a more indepth solution to this, which entailed going in to safe
mode, but now I can't find it. Mr. Badour's solution isn't viable if the
download hasn't really dl'ed.

Download KB967715 and *save* it:

Boot to Safe Mode - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222
and then install it.

The continually reoffering of KB967715 may be due to interference by 3rd
party software.
