Windows XP doesn't start normally

Hello,

Windows stops with "blue screen of death" after all entries concerning file csrss.exe were deleted from registry.
The error message if the following:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xC0000034
The system has been shut down.

How can I restore Windows/registry entries?

not quite sure why you did that , but ...use the "system restore " feature to back to a time BEFORE you removed the entries ...

Ok Jhon,
am having a similar problem.
after re-boot windows will only load to a solid blue screen with a windows
message;
' The system is not fully installed Please run set up agian.' I click ok and
reboot starts agian. The same thing happens if I reboot during safe mode.
I have tried to reboot from the Instalation CD. Imust be doing something
wrong. Nothing happens when I insert the cd in the drive. I can hear it
running yet see nothing.
I have tried to reboot with the instalation cd in the drive--the same thing
happens agian.
Is there any help for me?

You have to go in the BIOS and set the Boot Order so that the computer
boots to the cd first. To get in the BIOS you have to press a key when
the computer is starting up and before Windows starts to load. Usually
there is a message on the screen telling you to press a certain key to
enter the BIOS or Setup. Common keys are F2, <Esc>, <Del>. Some BIOS
have a key that allows you to boot to the cd without changing the actual
boot order, you would see a message to that effect on the startup screen
if your computer has such a feature. Pay close attention when the
computer boots and you should see it. Or consult the documentation that
came with your computer. If you can't find it post the make and model
number of your computer here and someone reading may be able to tell you
how to access the BIOS and change the boot order.
