Windows XP Clock Date Incorrect

Okay, here's the problem: All is fine on my computer
other than the fact that today's date, Tuesday, September
28, 2003, is Registered as a Sunday. Due to the way
Windows is programmed, I cannot reset the clock to
Tuesday. Does anyone know something I don't on how to
reset this weird behavior? If so, please email me.

I thought it was 28 *October*
