Windows Date/Time auto setting to wrong date/time

My date/time settings keep changing on their own - to a full day behind the
current date i.e. today is the 8th May, but my computer is currently showing
7th May - even though I reset it to today's date this morning. I operate on
AUS Eastern Standard Time with Daylight Saving option not selected. Internet
online clock is not selected. Machine changes date/time even when not online.

Can anyone help with an explanation as to why the date/time keeps changing
on its own?

Could be your motherboard battery, if you've eliminated all software-based
settings.

Many thanx. I will look into that. I will need to go back to the provider
no doubt. I appreciate your reply.

Thank you.

As the machine frequently changes itself when not connected to the web, it
seems unlikely, but I will investigate.

Cheers!
