windows xp chkdsk fix

i need help in running chkdsk in a nonread only mode
every time i try to run chkdsk i get a message F
PARAMETER NOT SPECIFIED how can i specified the f
parameter please e-mail me @ elvisscott68@hotmail the

It's "/f" not "f".
