Windows XP Blue screen

blu screen appears in windows xp at the time of booting asking for bios
update and to prevent hardware failiure it restarts. this problem
became evident after the installation of a graphics card (Ge force fx
5200 -128 mb). mine is a amd athlon 2000 xp on a Asus 266 vm
motherboard. pls help with this problem.

Was the video integrated before? If so have a look in the BIOS to disable the onboard video.
