windows xp and game controllers

I have recently installed windows xp on my computer and
cannot get my computer to recognize my wingman logitech
controller or my microsoft force feedback wheel. Has
anyone heard of any way to have these controllers (which
are supposed to be supported in xp) to be functioning
properly?
 
You will have to configure them in the joystick section, if they use the
standard game/joystick port. If they are USB devices, then you will need to
install the correct drivers for them.
