Windows XP 2000

Hi, my name is Cheryl I need your help despretly. I purchest my computer in
May 5th. 2003, just this past Monday I lost every thing I could'ent even get
my screen up. So I push my Delete button & put my recovery dicsk in, It took
my pc to winbows98 or something. I no longer have my tech-in-a-box & I have a
totaly new screen. Now it want's me to regester this new windowes & I don't
like it. I wan't my windowes 2000 back. Can you help me please? I have all

I would suggest you take your computer back to the place of purchase and
explain what exactly you did to it and see if they can help in this matter.
AFWIW I really don't think Microsoft can or will help you at all. Because,
there is no Windows Version "Windows XP 2000". You may have had Windows XP
or Windows 2000 or Windows ME or Windows 98 (1st or 2nd edition). Apparently
you do not know which Windows Version you had to start with. I don't know of
any Retail Computers that are sold to the general public with more than one
version of Windows installed on it.
Best to just return it to where you bought it and try to get them to fix it.
