Windows wont start winnt\system\vgaoem.fon

I am getting -> Windows 2000 could not start because the following file is
missing or corrupt winnt\system\vgaoem.fon

I cant start in secure mode. When I try to start with setup disk so I can
repair I get that the os can not see my hard drive disks. When the system is
booting up, however, I can see the drives. This is before windows attempts
to start. Please help if you can.

You might have a disk hardware problem. I suggest you download
and run the diagnostic program that your hard disk manufacturer
makes available on his home site, free of charge.
