Windows Winter Wallpaper Changer

I installed the Winter Wallpaper Changer, but I didn't want it anymore so I
uninstalled it because on start-up it always popped up. Now everytime I
start up an instalation window pops up and I have to cancel it every time.
It trys to reinstall the program but can't find the files. Is there anyway
to get rid of this?

Run the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility:

If there is an entry for the program giving you problems, then remove
it. Another option is to contact the tech support for that program.
