Wallpaper changer - how is it removed?

Several months ago I downloaded the Winter Fun Pack wallpaper from the
Microsoft website. During the last several weeks I have attempted to change
the wallpaper to something different on numerous occasions. The change would
hold for just a short while and then revert to the Winter Fun Pack (which,
trust me, by now isn't Fun at all).

Today I used the Add/Remove function and removed the program. The Winter
pictures no longer appear, but I'm experience the same thing---change to a
different wallpaper and just a short time later it's changed to some of the
generic Windows or HP wallpapers. Apparently the "Wallpaper changer" needs
to be axed but it's not in the list on add/remove programs.

How do I get rid of this reoccuring nightmare?

Open Task Manager and inspect the Processes tab. If Wallpapertoy.exe (it's
the Wallpaper Changer Powertoy from Microsoft) process is running, terminate
it. To uninstall Wallpaper Changer Powertoy, type this in Start/Run:

C:\WINDOWS\walltoyUninst.exe UNINSTALL

THANKS!!! I didn't see wallpapertoy.exe but did see winterwalltoy.exe (I
think that was the name) and stopped it. The uninstall exe couldn't be found
but perhaps that's because I removed the Winter Fun Pack through Add/Remove
programs. However, so far so good!!!
