MS Winter Wallpaper Changer - questions from Defender

I have (and very much enjoy) the MS Winter Wallpaper Changer XP download.
It changes my background pictures every 15 minutes. I put my recent photos
in there and preview them all day. Very cool.
My problem is that it keeps getting flagged by DEFENDER even after I allow
it. The problem may be that it changes the .jpg it shows and this may
trigger it as malware. BUT IT IS FROM MICROSOFT. So, how can I get it to be
okayed and allowed permanently by MS DEFENDER?

I think you may have to work at excluding it from the scan, as an interim
measure. Tools, general settings, scroll down to advance settings, and hit
the add button. If the jpg has the same name, or same location, each time
it is created, this should work--browse to whatever is being detected,
anyway.
