So, if my windows shuts off in 2 days because after the "updates" on the 14th
my computer now says Windows in un-registered, and it won't let me
re-register online can I sue MS for breaking my working Vista?

Maybe I should have listened to EVERYONE ON THE PLANET that has said Vista
isn't ready.

Trust me, the Vista EULA makes sure that Microsoft is not liable for
*anything*.
Maybe I should have listened to EVERYONE ON THE PLANET that has said Vista

No maybe about it. Check out Ubuntu, an Open Source Linux product that
is way more user friendly than Vista and it's free for the downloading.
Get it at www.ubuntu.com/

The lawsuit will just be a waste of time, just call the Activation center
and reactivate Vista, its that simple:

1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe
4
2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Select your Country.
4. Follow the instructions for phone activation.
5. Once completed, restart your computer.

You can sue anyone for anything.
The question is can you win and if you don't can you afford the costs?
Consult an attorney.

Be sure to power off the computer and make no changes to preserve
evidence until after legal proceedings.
My guess is you have little to no chance of winning but a competent
attorney familiar with the Windows license and other applicable laws
can give you a better answer.

Or you could simply activate by phone.

'Registration' is never required to run any MS software, let along one
of their OS's.

hehehe...you must be a troll...

Actually, Microsoft's can put anything they want in a license, but as has
been shown over the last 20 years of software licenses not everything a
company puts into them is enforcable or legal.

So how many more times do you suppose I'm going to have to spend more of my
money to keep Vista running? Microsoft is accusing me of running Vista's
serial number on more then 1 computer when it is thier poor programing
causing the issue. I won't do business with a company that accuses me of
stealing due to thier failures. Sounds like defemation of characture to me.
How about you?

I fail to see any legitimacy to defamation of character.
Microsoft is not suggesting to anyone else in any way anything about
you.
What people hear of what is between you and Microsoft comes from you.

You can always try.
Find an attorney.

There are other operating systems and some people are almost fanatical
in pointing out some alternatives are better than Windows.
See if one of those meets your needs.

I see you haven't figured out how to configure Windows Fail to bottom
post yet. Too stupid?

I see once again you are only able to attack others when you have
nothing of value to contribute to the issue.
So typical of Alias.

I see once again you are showing no regard for other posters because
you're top posting again.

Your attempts to make your inability to constructively contribute
hidden by your attacks fail.
Your need to try to force your own will on others while ignoring
accepted practices continues to fail.
You obviously have nothing at all constructive available to you.
Good by Alias.
