I tried to download the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor 1.0
It was almost finished when i got a error message?
It said you must open Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor 1.0 from Windows XP SP2
or Windows Vista..
I was trying the Advisor to see if my computer would allow me to upgrade to
Vista..
I can't find a ERROR message Like the one I recieved anywhere in the Error
message section..
Please note there was no Error message #.

I am currently running on Windows ME
Help me, to upgrade my puter.. Thank You Dawn

The Vista Upgrade Advisor won't
run on Windows ME...it requires...
Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Chances are good that if you are
running Windows ME, your system
is not adequate for Vista.

Maybe the following info will help:

Windows Vista -
recommended system requirements

Windows Vista -

Also you cannot upgrade from ME. You will have to purchase a FULL edition
and do a clean install. You will have to reinstall all your programs and
settings manually and as mentioned in both other posts, you will probably
not have a good experience due to the probable specifications of your
computer.
