windows vista ultimate

-- I just bought windows vista ultimate and i have a key code that i have to
activate and i cant do that every time i enter the number...i am supposed to
scroll down on the page to click the word next and i cant scroll down fthat
far. I have been on the internet...been on the phone for hours with people
and no one can help me get this number activated....can anybody please help
me i am so nervous about having to pay almost 300 dollars again. sincerely

If you cannot see the "Next" button, you may have a video driver or monitor
incompatibility issue. Is there any way you could use a different video card
or monitor?

Have you tried Alt+N? just a thought.....

I recently reinstalled my WinME OS and tried to setup something that had a
Next button I couldn't see, because the default resolution was 640x480. I
had to put in the CD I got with it to install specific video drivers to get
to 800x600 to find that button.
