Windows Vista restarts unexpectedly

Hi there,
I am having a problem when I try to shutdown my computer. I normally click
the Windows logo and then shut down, the computer close all its program but
instead of shutting down, it restarts. The only way to really shutdown the
computer is using the computer power button.
I searched the support.microsoft.com and i have found this article:

I tried to do as said, but the Sysprep cannot be changed. After clicking OK
it says there is a Fatal Error in Sysprep and the problem continues.
Please let me know your thougths regarding this, I already tried Microsoft
support and Toshiba support but nobody had an answer.
