Every time I open Windows Mail Windows security askes me for my username and
password. How can I stop this

Yes, Go to your e-mail server providers web site, find the e-mail setup page
and configure your email client properly.

Lincoln actually got it right but was way ahead of his time when he said,
"You can have some of you computer working all of the time and all of your
computer working some of the time but..." It was he that said that, wasn't
it?
