Windows Vista cannot delete msg

I have Windows Vista and for the first time, I have an email in my inbox that
I sent to another recipient and to myself that includes a picture. It will
not show me the email and says "Message could not be displayed. Windows Mail
encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this message. Check your
computer for low memory or low disk space and try again.". It will not allow
me to delete this msg nor drag/move to deleted items. I tried
view-layout-preview pane but to no avail. What can I do?

Click on Tools, then Options, then Read. If there is a check mark in the
box
before Read all messages in plain text, click on this box, then Apply.
Click
on OK.

If that doesn't help, download and install this fix, this Windows Mail not
running:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether to use the 32-bit version or
the 64-bit version, try the 32-bit version first.Certain common
antivirus programs, such as most of those from Norton or McAfee,
or a recent one from Trend, tend to cause such problems, although
seldom immediately, so if you have such a program, remember
where to find the fix - you are likely to need it again.

Thank you very much!!! I had to download the fix for 32 bit and it worked!
You're awesome. Thanks.
