windows validation problem

hi could any one tell me how to uninstall GENUINE WINDOWS VALIDATION as i
cant get windows update.ive tryed to disable the above ,but it wont highlight
in the add-ons section,i have sent e-mail to microsoft but no reply
yet,thanks rick

After running the tool, please return to Windows Update and try again.
