Windows username and password

Where do I look in XP to be able to either change, or delete a Windows(not account password) username and password? Somehow one of my little ones set it, none of us know to what and even where to look to change it. She's only 3 so I'm sure it's set to something like "llkkkkkkkkksjjjjjjjjjjj" etc. Thanks.
