Hi,
I want to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows Server 2000.
I just need to know if I need to wipe my hard drive clean,
or can I just upgrade and still keep everything on my
computer.

It's not possible to upgrade from a workstation OS to a server OS,
so you'll need to perform a clean installation.
