Windows Updates

Is it possible to save all of the windows updates I have
downloaded to a cd so that when I format my hard drive, I
don't have to download all of the updates again?
 
Thanks for the help. However, after going to the site, I
have no idea which of the operating systems to pick.
I've got Windows XP Pro and that is not one of the
options unless its one of the Win XP 64 bit ones.
