Windows Updates

I recently updated Windows 2000 Professional with all of
the critical updates identified by Microsoft (including
Service Pak 4). I can no longer print a document. Can
someone help?

Did you try to print the Windows Test Page?

try installing the direct x update first!!

seemed to work and two of our machines!
