Windows Updates for Pre-release version

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate pre-release version which I got
recently at MS launch event. I want to try multilanguage UI pack which
has been reportedly made available from Windows Update but it has never
show up in my Windows Updates. Is that not available for the
pre-release version?

You must be running the released version of Windows Vista
in order to download the language packs from Windows Update.
