Where is pre-reliease version installed

I attempted to install Vista SP2 RC on top of SP2 beta but a message
said that the SP2 pre-release version must be uninstalled first. I
checked update history of Windows Updates but could not find there. How
can it be uninstalled?

Found the answer myself: I used a standalone SP2 beta so that the SP2
only files can not be uninstalled, which is that I have to uninstall the
entire installation to install SP2 RC.
