windows update

I got to windows update
then have it scan for updates
then i click install now and except the user agreement
the down load start and then is stops
a page comes up and says that no updates were installed
please try again
the page looks like this

double click c drive, double click wutemp folder. your

downloaded updates should be there. double click each one
to set them up. some of them are included in the service
pack. do not restart until all are installed.
