Windows Update won't install

Hi-
I have Win XP Pro installed. Recently, when I go to the
Windows update webpage and try to install the updates,
the updates will download but will not install. THe
update window just sits there saying 0% installed. I can
wait forever and the updates won't install. Any ideas out
there?

See my post earlier regarding KB824141 not installing correctly. I did
not mention it in my post but Norton AV was all messed up as well but
cleared up when I was able to finally download and install this item.
It may or may not relate to your problem. Might be a good idea to
check your update installation history to see if all were actuall
installled.
