Windows Update vs SP builds

Now, I would like to get an idea on if someone knows when
the update for SP2 comes out and these updates that are
downloaded into the system if they will be conflicted with
the new release of the SP2 hat will be out in June?

Firstly SP2 will not roll out in June. Unfortunately the release has been
put back to later in the year. As to any conflict, there shouldn't be any.
I've installed SP2 (beta) on a system that was already fully updated (with
the exception of the new stuff on SP2 disc) and i have also installed SP2
immediately after reinstalling Windows XP with SP1a and have not had any
major conflicts other than what you would expect from beta software. All
beta testers of SP2 are working hard to find as many bugs as we can find.
Once they are ironed out and things are working as they should be, then and
only then, will Microsoft release the service pack.

Brian, I tried SP2 RC1 and didnt like it so I uninstalled it. Too many
bugs.
