Immediately after I downloaded the new software required
to use the significantly revised Microssoft Windows
Update Site (what a mess) my Event Viewer Application
software log began to fill up with "Esent Code
100,102,etc." data base engine start/stop events. The
downloaded sofware previousy mentioned clearly caused
these event where the data base engine was trying to do
something with DLL's. Any solutions available to stop
these events?

This is a known issue with the WU v5 client. It has to do with how the
client agent interacts with the Jet database engine. This is something
we'll consider fixing in a future version of the WU client.
