Windows Defender Quasi/Semi/kinda/Delta Update: 1.37.1.0

Well, here we go again :-(

I downloaded the 1.35.754 at work and installed it,
Looked good,
MS has NOW pushed, 1.37.1.0 to night
There was some note about a revise or revision of some sort.
It was about 720 kb
And I turned off Update Notifications yesterday just to avoid this mess.

Anyway the file is here:
http://au.download.windowsupdate.co..._1cb17714ba027c48038554688c938a00adcca7d7.exe

It says mpas-fe... but I don't think it really is because of its' size,
as I said, about 720kb

I hope they improve their testing in the future.

Lets hope it's stable this time :-(

Also, posting this was a pain in the a..
Kept getting page not founds
This is my 6th try

Hi all,

Yes, as you alertly noticed, starting with this engine update we're using a
binary delta approach, so if your machine qualifies for a delta update, all
that's in the package is the binary changes made in the new engine and base
definitions.

This should make engine updates much smaller going forward, which should be
better for everybody.

Thanks for using Windows Defender,
Joe

A heads up would have been appreciated :-(
We could have given better feed back than just thinking, as I did, oh this
is just a fix.
