go to your Control folder in (
My Computer icon) clik on control icon and then clik on
classic videw to left side of that window when it opens
up and then u see con looks like pc Monitor, ( blue in
color) says "display", clik on it and then to to tab that
says settings and drag "slide bar " ( for screen settings
to right , as far as it will go and then you will see sone
screeen resolutions setttins numbers like " 1200 (x)
960,,,, when u do, look to bottom of that window and clik
on word (gray tab ) that says apply and then on one to
left of it ( both tabs are at bottom of this window) ,
that says ok,,,,,,,,then your icons and prg folders sizes
should reduce to smallest size or next to smallest
size,,,,,,,,,then your screen shoud have oversized icons
reduced to normal or smallest size and leave u lots more
room on screen.............also other tabs at
top "display icons " will allow u to change desktop
backgrounds , color of desktop load up window and colors
of programs windows, amoong other things
