Windows Update Problem

Update number 823559 shows up day after day as ready to install - yet I have
installed it a number of times. The install log says it was installed
successfully and I have installed it with nothing running in the
background - especially my Norton Anti-Virus program. Can anyone help? I
think that if I uninstalled it, then started over, perhaps it would "take."
But I can't find it to uninstall. Thanks..........

Grandpa Bear

Several of us had the same problem. We are waiting out
Microsoft. On my last update run, lo and behold, the
problem was fixed. Perhaps yours is also.
