Windows Update Problem

I've just ran windows update and installed Q328310 & Q814995 and suddenly my
taskbars and title bars are black in colour. What should I do? I welcome any
feedback. Thanks in advance.
 
Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and see if you can uninstall
them. Or try a System Restore.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
