Windows Update problem

I keep getting a failure to install the followin:
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
(KB886903) Failed Friday, February 11, 2005 Windows Update website
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.0 SP3, English
(KB886906) Failed Friday, February 11, 2005 Windows Update website

Windows update keeps offering these, automatic update keeps trying to
install them but both always fail.

Suggestions?
