Some have reported that simply re-registering the MSXML3.DLL seems to fix the problem.
1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type: regsvr32 MSXML3.DLL
Press okay

If that hasn't helped you may need to re-registered some more files:

1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type (pressing okay after each one) :-

net stop wuauserv

Repeat for the following:
regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 wuweb.dll
regsvr32 MSXML3.dll
regsvr32 qmgr.dll
regsvr32 qmgrprxy.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

net start wuauserv

Run Disk CleanUp on your computer first, then try to run the Windows updates
page and select custom then uncheck the updates which keeping reinstalling
on your computer.
Then open the Windows Explorer and locate this path:
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistributions\ Download or update and delete the
contents in the Right Pane/Window for these updates.
Reboot your computer and see if that will help.
HTH.
Let us know.

Thanks for the fast reply, but nope of you're answers worked.... the same
things happen.

"Download size (total): 0 KB *
Estimated time at your connection speed: 0 minutes *
(*Downloaded; ready to install) "

Thats what keeps coming up on the website, thought it should have at least
some KBs and connection speed?... I guess I'm going to have to go to that
website you said above.
