windows update not downloading automaticly

Dear Sirs,

I am hoping that someone may help me out here.
For the last 2 weeks my computer is not getting automatic
updates, and I don't have a clue to why this is happening.

Can you try and help me over here?

what's changed since two weeks ago?

do you get an error dialog? any error at all?
