Windows Update fails: error 80072EFE

All my Windows updates now fail with error 80072EFE
I have Windows Vista Home Premium x64 and the Kaspersky Internet Security
2009 Suite
In addition I have had problems when trying to upload my website with
FrontPage 2003 lately. FrontPage just sits still, doing nothing The problems
may be unrelated but have both materialized recently

Some people have had that same problem. The one that solved it easiest just
shut off his router and reseted it.
Give that a try if you have one of course.
