Windows Update: BITS 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 (PROBLEMS)

I have had 4 failures why trying to download this update and now it's been
running for atleast an hour. Anyone have any suggestions? I contacted
support thru chat and they had be a change a setting in the REG but it has
not helped.

Was it you earlier? - please do not post the same question twice over
unless it has gone well over 24 hours unanswered. If you have XP with
SP2 it has already installed a later version than this download
supplies.
