When I turn on windows, It will go to theload screen, show
the bar scroling across, and finish. When that happens the
screen will go blank instead of showing the windows login
screen. Usually it will go to the login screen after around
an hour. Sometimes it won't start. What is wrong with
windows and how do I fix it?
