When I start my computer and windows starts I have to choose my account icon
and there is no other accounts on my computer. This just started recently it
also happens when my screen savers come on and I have to do it to get back
the desktop. Is there some option I can do to turn this off?

How to turn on automatic logon in Windows XP

Use the "control userpasswords2" method near the bottom of the KB article.

About the Screensaver. Enter the Display Properties located in the Control
Panel, select the Screensaver Tab and uncheck "On resume, password protect"
or something similar if you do not have SP2 installed. You could also have
"Password Protect when resuming from Standby". Open the Power Options
located in the Control Panel, select the "Advance Tab" and uncheck the
appropriate option.
