Windows start-up repeats over and over

when i start my computer it runs through the introduction diagnostics and
gets to the windows xp screen with the blue loading bar, finishes that and
then starts all over again. any ideas??

Does it work in safe mode?

You may have a virus lurking. Run a good anti-virus program in safe mode if
you are able to get into it.

Hi,

I have seen this issue in Bad RAM before. Try shuffling the sticks around,
If you only have one RAM stick then borrow a known-good module. Don't go out
and buy new RAM though, Troubleshooting for viruses and loading into safe
mode are good options to try first.
