Windows SP2 and IE

Hi,
After upgrading to Windows Home Edition SP2 I have a problem when accessing
the British Airways screen to rent a car. The screen is displayed and
constantly refreshes itself. This it makes it impossible enter in any data.
Does anyone know what security or other feature changed in SP2 might be
causing this.
 
In Internet Explorer click Tools > Popup-Blocker > Disable Popup Blocker and
try again.

Thanks, but no this does not help. I already had POPUP BLOCKER turned off.
