Windows Sockets Error

Using Windows 2k Pro and trying to access my Exchange
mailbox, internet and network printers but getting the
following error message:

PRECISION TIME
WINDOWS SOCKETS INITIALIZATION FAILED.


Please assist.

Uninstall all Gator crap; check and clean your box from any spyware
(www.lavasoftusa.com/). Reinstall TCP/IP and WinSocks:
- uninstall TCP/IP;
- delete HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Winsock and Winsock2;
- reboot;
- reinstall TCP/IP.
