Windows Size and Windows Icons,File,Edit,View, etc.

i have the regedit set to 'yes' on open in full window but it doesn't always work. also, when i click a link and it open a new browser instance, i have no address bar, and no file,edit,view, etc. or links bar as i do in my initial opening. help!!!

Question: Whenever I click a link in IE, the link opens minimized, instead
of in a full window. How do I change this?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.

When your top bar is missing press F11 do you get it back?
