Showing images full size

When using IE, if I click images on a webpage to open in a new window to full
size then no matter the size of the image it always shows in a new window
that is about 80% full size causing scroll bars to be necessary. Even with a
very small image say200px x 200px, it always shows a percentage new window.
It's not he program used for the website as I have checked that and it
doesn't happen in other Browsers.
Any help or suggestions please

In IE go to Tools...Internet Options...Advanced tab. Scroll down to the
Multimedia section. Toggle the checkbox by "Enable automatic image
resizing", click Apply, click Okay.
