Windows Sidebar Stopped Working

This happened after installing and uninstalling Autocad! I appreciate any
advice.
 
Hi,

Click start, type SIDEBAR. In the menu, select the one for Windows Sidebar
Properties. At the top is an option to always start that you may need to
enable.
