Sidebar went missing

I wonder how I can get Windows SIdebar to reappear.

For some reason today after installing Windows update agetnt 7.2.6001,
Windows Sidebar went MIA. It should be noted, that this update has no
uninstall.

If I have Go to Sidebar properties, "Start Sidebar when Windows Start"
is checked.

I have also tried the following

regsvr32 -u ati.dll --- failed as I have NO ati,dll installed

1. Start an elevated privileges command prompt
2. cd "\Program Files\Windows Sidebar"
3. regsvr32 -u sbdrop.dll
4. regsvr32 -u wlsrvc.dll
Then regeister the following:
1. From the same elevated command prompt (still in the C:\Program
Files\Windows Sidebar) directory
2. regsvr32 ati.dll
3. regsvr32 sbdrop.dll
4. regsvr32 wlsrvc.dll

I also ran sfc /scannow - no help.

Other than restoreing an image dated 8/13/08, what can I do?

Thanks

PS. It should be noted that this happened on 8/11/08 and I restored my
machine from an image dated 08/08/08. So I can do it again, but it
appears that the missing sidebar may happen it me again.

TIA

"ati.dll" failed to load...the specified module could not be found..

I also check for viruses- none

I need notice that PSIService_2.exe stopped working also.
