I have 2 pc's installed with Windows XP Home SP2. One of them I can shutdown
by pushing the on/off-button of the pc and Windows closes everything and
turns off the pc, but the other one just shutdown the pc.

I know where to find the setting that makes it possible, but when I look at
the same place on both pc's then I don't get the possibility to do it on the
second pc..

The place where I found it on the first computer is: displayproperties tab
screenprotection->energy tab advanced.

Is this a bios setting of the systemboard or am I overlooking something. I
have 2 different systemboards. The one with the working on/off-button is a
Abit one and the non-working on/off-button is an Epox one.

Can somebody help me out.

I think it must be but I can't find the proper setting. It is very much the
same as with my other systemboard.

So if anybody knows what setting I should change, I will be very happy
