I would like to know what I need to do to get windows to
power off after shutdown. Right now I have two systems
that will give you the OK to power down instead of
automatically powering off.

They are using Win 2000 and XP.

Ideas or suggestions????

Oh...I've tried the Power management settings in the BIOS
and in the system settings. Still nothing works.

Thank you in advance...Kim

Did you look in the registry to see if the key was properly set?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

PowerdownAfterShutdown The Value Data should be 0
